COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The board of directors of the Alleghany Highlands Arts Council has promoted Linda Morrison to the level of emeritus member. The board took the unanimous action at a meeting on July 9.
Mrs. Morrison, a Covington native, joined the Arts Council board in 2013.
During her tenure as Director, she has provided valuable input to the growth and sustainability of our organization. The honor also included a lifetime pass to all Arts Council events.
