Pat’s Travelers has announced a series of upcoming trips, including excursions to Lancaster, Pa., and the Dutch Country; New Orleans, La.; and Wohlfahrt Dinner Theater in Wytheville.
The Lancaster and Dutch Country Trip is scheduled from Monday, June 8, through Friday, June 12, at a rate of $539 per person based on double occupancy.
An additional charge of $149 will be applied for single occupancy.
A deposit of $75 is due now, with the final payment due April 1.
Those who attend this trip will depart from LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, at 8 a.m.
During the five-day, four-night trip, the following will be included:
— Motorcoach transportation; 
— Eight meals (four breakfasts, four dinners);
— Admission to the “Queen Esther Show” at the Sight & Sound Millennium Theatre;
— Trip to Gettysburg National Park;
— Admission to the Amish Experience and Jacob’s Choice at the F/X Theatre;
— A guided tour of Philadelphia, Pa.;
— A visit to Kitchen Kettle Village;
— A guided tour of Lancaster, Pa.
The trip to New Orleans, La., will be a seven-day, six-night trip lasting from Sunday, Sept. 13, through Saturday, Sept. 19.
The bus will depart from LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany at 8 a.m.
A deposit of $75 for this trip is due by Friday, May 1, with a final payment due July 6.
The rate for this trip is $685 based on double occupancy, add an additional $255 for single occupancy.
During this trip, those who attend will enjoy:
— Motorcoach transportation;
— 10 meals (six breakfasts, 4 dinners);
— A guided tour of New Orleans, La.;
— Admission to the National World War II Museum;
— A guided tour of a Louisiana Plantation;
— Admission to Mardi Gras World;
— A riverboat cruise on the Mississippi River;
— Exploration of the New Orleans French Quarter.
The last round of trips courtesy of Pat’s Travelers will be those to the Wohlfahrt Dinner Theater in Wytheville.
Just like the other trips, those attending will leave from LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, however the departure time for the Wytheville trips will be at 9:30 a.m.
The first Wytheville trip will be to a show, “Down Memory Lane,” taking place April 9.
This show will be a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Wolfahrt Dinner Theater.
A deposit of $76 for this trip is due now.
The next Wytheville trip will be May 14 for a show called, “The Motown Sound.”
This show will allow those to enjoy their favorite Motown memories.
A $76 deposit for this show is due by April 2.
After a month-long break,  a July 16, show called, “How Sweet the Sound,” will be the next trip with a $76 deposit due June 4.
That show will celebrate the gift of life through music and song.
After a two-month break, the Oct. 1, show, “Big River,” will take place.
This show focuses on the journey of Huck Finn and runaway slave, Jim.
A deposit of $76 is due by Aug. 20.
The final two shows will take place Nov. 12, and Dec. 10.
The show is called, “Country Christmas,” and will feature Christmas selections by country artists and features a Nativity scene.
Deposits due for these shows are $79 and is due by  Oct. 1, for the Nov. 12 show and due by Oct. 29 for the Dec. 10, show.
