The Covington City School Board will conduct its November meeting Monday night at 6:30 p.m. at the School Board Offices, located at 340 E. Walnut Street.
The following items will be on the agenda:
— Recognitions/Delegations: Resolution memorializing Annette Byer-McFadden, Recognition of Award-CHS varsity volleyball coach Mary Tyree, Recognition-Clifton Forge Lions Club/Skip McMullan;
— Finance:?Discussion fo financial statements, budget analysis, projected budget changes (anticipated revenue and expenditure changes, budget transfers), 2019-2020 budget;
— School Board Goals/Strategic Plan: SMART Goals update and strategic plan discussions;
— Old Business: CHS?Band and Choir Spring Trip, State Golf Team (overnight trip);
— New Business: Discussion/Other New Business (School Board members);

Following the meeting, the Covington City School Board will meet in closed session pursuant to the Code of Virginia, 2.2-3711 (A)(1) Personnel — Resignation(s) and Appointment(s).
