Each month, volunteers of all ages and skill levels are welcome to work together on a project that helps improve and maintain our beautiful park. Projects vary each month and may include tasks like trail maintenance, park beautification, litter cleanup, or special restoration projects. This is a great opportunity to get outside, meet new people, and give back to the park you love.

No experience is necessary, and all tools and supplies are provided. Please bring work gloves and eye protection if you have them, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring water. Be apart of keeping Douthat State Park a welcoming and wonderful place for everyone to enjoy! Meet at the Camp Store Parking Lot.

You can email Hannah.Johnson@dcr.virginia.gov with questions.

WHEN: Saturday, March 8th @ 9:00am – 12:00pm
