Covington Answers the Call, Tops Waynesboro 7-5

July 16, 2026
COVINGTON, Va. (VR) - Mission accomplished—at least unofficially. Covington's Josh Anglin bowled for 137 hours and 10 minutes, completing 605 games to surpass the existing Guinness World Records mark for the longest 10-pin bowling marathon. While the performance appears to meet all record requirements, the attempt remains subject to official review and certification by Guinness World Records. Congratulations Josh.
