WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., has been ranked as the most bipartisan member of Congress.
The ranking came from CQ Roll Call, a newspaper that reports on politics in Washington, D.C.
Virginia senators Mark Warner and Tim Kaine ranked among the 15 most bipartisan members of the Senate. Both men are Democrats.
Warner voted with Democrats 89.1 percent of the time and with Republicans 10.9 percent of time. Kaine voted with Democrats 89.7 percent of the time and Republicans 10.3 percent of the time.
