The Clifton Forge Elks Lodge held their annual Hoop Shoot Sunday at Alleghany High School.
Age group winners included:
8-9 Girls: Abigail Riley
10-11 Boys: Nick Leandro
12-13 Boys: Logan McAllister
12-13 Girls: Champion, Maggie Rooklin; Runner-up, Kassedi Estes.
Each age division winner will compete in the Southwest District Hoop Shoot on Saturday, January 24 at Bedford Middle School.
The Clifton Forge Elks Lodge thanked Alleghany High School along with Lenny Crance, John Hutchison, Ben Garringer, Kenny Yeagley, David Biggs, Curley Norvell and Penny Leandro for volunteering their time to make the event possible.
