March is Red Cross Month

RED CROSS MONTH — March has been proclaimed American Red Cross Month in the Alleghany Highlands.
Representatives from the governing bodies of the Highlands met recently to sign the proclamation which recognizes Red Cross volunteers, blood donors and those who take life-saving courses and make financial donations.
