WARM SPRINGS — These calls for service were made to the Bath County Sheriff’s Office the week of Feb. 16-22:
Feb. 16: Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy Altizer checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at a residence on McGraw Gap Road.
Feb. 16: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near Kingtown Lane.
Feb. 16: Deputy D. Smith conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Mill Creek Road.
Feb. 16: Deputy D. Smith spoke to a resident on Crooked Spur Road in reference to a scam on Facebook.
Feb. 16: Sgt. C. Smith spoke with a citizen in reference to a civil issue.
Feb. 16: Deputy Altizer responded to an activated residential burglar alarm on Mountain Valley Road near Wild Cat School Road.
Feb. 17: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Dry Run Road.
Feb. 17: Deputy Randozzo responded to a report of horses in the roadway on Jackson River Road near Riner’s Lane in Bacova.
Feb. 17: Deputy Johnson conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Sam Snead Highway.
Feb. 17: Deputy Randozzo checked on a report of horses not being fed on Mill Creek Road.
Feb. 17: Deputy Bryan IV conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near Dunn’s Gap Road.
Feb. 17: Deputy Colaw and Deputy Bryan served an Emergency Custody Order on a male subject at Bath Community Hospital.  Deputy Colaw and Deputy Altizer then served a Temporary Detention Order on male subject who was then transported to a facility at Catawba.
Feb. 17: Lt. Grimm responded to a report of a vehicle driving recklessly on Tunnel Hill Road.
Feb. 18: Captain Weaver checked on a suspicious vehicle on Dry Run Road.
Feb. 18: Deputy Colaw and Deputy Bryan IV responded to a residence on Virginia Avenue in Hot Springs for suspicious activity.
Feb. 19: Deputy Colaw responded to an activated residential burglar alarm on North Forest Trail near Ten Hand Trace.
Feb. 19: Major Bryan III transported a male inmate from the Alleghany Regional Jail to the Bath County Courthouse in Warm Springs for General District Court.
Feb. 19: Deputy B. Smith conducted a traffic stop on Sam Snead Highway near the intersection on Wilkinson Aveune.
Feb. 19: Deputy D. Smith and Deputy B. Smith conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Camp Accovac.
Feb. 19: Deputy D. Smith and Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Ridge Road.
Feb. 20: Deputy D. Smith responded to a noise complaint on Cowpasture River Highway for a car revving its engine and blowing its horn.
Feb. 20: Deputy Rogers assisted a tractor-trailer near The Omni Homestead that was blocking traffic.
Feb. 20: Deputy D. Smith and Deputy B. Smith served an Emergency Custody Order on a male subject at Bath Community Hospital.
Feb. 21: Deputy Altizer responded to an activated burglar alarm at a business on Main Street in Hot Springs.
Feb. 21: Deputy Altizer fingerprinted a citizen for employment purposes.
Feb. 21: Lt. Grimm responded to a report of a dog running loose on Main Street in Hot Springs near Pinehurst Heights Road.
Feb. 21: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Mill Creek Road.
Feb. 21: Deputy Colaw conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of McClung Drive.
Feb. 21: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Dry Run Road.
Feb. 21: Deputy Altizer and Deputy Colaw responded to a report to a reckless driver near Red Hole Valley Road.
Feb. 21: Deputy Bryan IV and Deputy Colaw responded to Jamaica Drive for a report of a loud boom.
Feb. 21: Deputy Colaw and Deputy Bryan IV arrested a subject on a warrant from Botetourt County for trespassing after forbidden to do so.
Feb. 21: Deputy Colaw and Deputy Bryan IV conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road in Millboro Springs near the intersection of Cowpasture River Highway.
Feb. 22: Deputy Colaw and Deputy Bryan IV conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Cave Hill Road.
Feb. 22: Deputy Altizer responded to the Routier Hill area to speak with a citizen in reference to some stolen firewood.
Feb. 22: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Cave Hill Road.
Feb. 22: Deputy Altizer conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near the intersection of Dry Run Road.
Feb. 22: Deputy Bryan IV responded to a report of someone spotlighting on Spring Mountain Road.
Feb. 22: Deputy Bryan IV responded to a business on Main Street in Hot Springs for keys locked in a vehicle.
Feb. 22: Deputy Bryan IV conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Road near Riverjack Lane.
