Sunday, January 5, 2025 Major Bryan assisted Hot Springs Fire Department on a call at a residence on Main Street near Jackson River Turnpike.

Sunday, January 5, 2025 Major Bryan, Deputy T. Plecker, and Deputy O’Conner conducted a wellbeing check at a residence on River Road near River Ridge Road.

Sunday, January 5, 2025 Deputy O’Conner and Deputy T. Plecker assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Road near the Dan Ingalls Overlook.

Monday, January 6, 2025 Deputy McRoberts responded to a vehicle in a ditch on Jackson River Turnpike Near Barn Hill Lane.

Monday, January 6, 2025 Sheriff Plecker, Lt. Grimm, and Deputy T. Plecker assisted Hot Springs Rescue Squad with a call on Routier Hill Road.

Monday, January 6, 2025 Deputy T. Plecker responded to a residence on Spring Mountain Road for a dog bite.

Tuesday, January 7, 2025 Deputy T. Plecker responded to a residence on Dry Run Road for an abandoned dog.

Wednesday, January 8, 2025 Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy D. Smith responded to a noise complaint at an apartment complex on Main Street in Hot Springs.

Wednesday, January 8, 2025 Lt. Grimm, Deputy Miller, and Deputy O’Conner responded to a reckless driver on Mountain Valley Road near Wild Cat School Road.

Wednesday, January 8, 2025 Deputy Miller unlocked a vehicle with keys locked inside at a residence on Spring Mountain Road.

Thursday, January 9, 2025 Deputy Rexrode assisted utility truck on Cowpasture River Highway near Nimrod Hall with traffic control.

Thursday, January 9, 2025 Deputy O’Conner checked on a dog at a residence on Sam Snead Highway near Burger Lane.

Thursday, January 9, 2025 Deputy Colaw and Deputy Miller responded to a report of a prowler at a residence on Sam Snead Highway near Old Snead Links.

Friday, January 10, 2025 Deputy McRoberts assisted a vehicle stuck on Overlook Drive.

Friday, January 10, 2025 Sheriff Plecker and Sgt. C. Smith assisted Virginia State Police with a motor vehicle accident on Mountain Valley Road near Jordan Run Road.

Friday, January 10, 2025 Sgt. C. Smith responded to an injured deer on Sam Snead Highway near Peery Hollow Road.

Friday, January 10, 2025 Deputy D. Smith assisted Iron Gate Rescue and Rescue 7 on a call on Douthat State Park Road near Sandy Springs Road.

Saturday, January 11, 2025 Sgt. C. Smith arrested Shawn Lewis Ingram for Stolen Goods: buy/receive, Larceny <$1,000, Trespass: School/Church Property, and Drive Motor Vehicle-License Revoked Suspended.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 289 incoming calls and made 79 outbound calls during this time period.
