Bath Board Of Supervisors To Hold February Meeting

WARM SPRINGS — The Bath County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular February meeting on Tuesday, beginning at 6 p.m. in Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include:
— a tourism marketing presentation from David Mikula of Mikula Harris;
— authorize the chairman and county administrator to work with the county attorney to execute a contract for construction of the visitors center;
— introduce and set a public hearing for consideration of a short-term rental ordinance;
— introduce a draft noise ordinance;
— approve a U.S. Census Complete Count Committee Resolution.
Supervisors will hold a closed session regarding real property.
