Harper Ray Wagner, Sr., 80, of Clarksville, TN, formerly of Millboro, Virginia passed away Tuesday, December 03, 2019 at the Tennova Health Care in Clarksville, Tennessee.
He was born April 27, 1939 in Clifton Forge, Virginia, the son of the late Forrest Ray Wagner and Virginia Mabel McLaughlin Wagner.
He was the retired store keeper of the Millboro Springs General Store.
Mr. Wagner retired from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant with 23 years of service. He was a member of Windy Cove Presbyterian Church.
He is survived two children, Harper Wagner, Jr. & wife Dunja of San Francisco and Tiphoney Wagner of Clarksville, Tennessee.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2019 at the Windy Cove Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Reverend Mike Puffenbarger officiating.
