CLIFTON FORGE – Highlands Community Bank has made its annual contribution to the Dabney S. Lancaster Community College Educational Foundation for the purpose of funding the Highlands Community Bank Annual Scholarship.
Established in 2005 to assist deserving students from the bank’s service area, the $2,440 scholarship assists with tuition and/or book expenses (up to 12 credit hours) and is awarded annually to a graduating high school senior from Alleghany County, Bath County or Covington High School.
