Alleghany County Governmental Complex closed in observance of Labor Day

The following offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2024 in observance of Labor Day:

∙ County Offices located in the County Governmental Complex, 9212 Winterberry Avenue, Covington, VA

These offices will reopen for business on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

The Island Ford Transfer Station will also be closed on Monday, September 2nd. As a reminder, the transfer station is closed to the public on the first Saturday of each month for maintenance.
