WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. – Mr. Carold B. “Brad” Neville, 71, passed away on Sunday night, January 3, 2010 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.

Born September 22, 1938 in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., he was a son of the late Earl Hawsley and Winefred Bowyer Neville.

He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in White Sulphur Springs. Mr. Neville worked at the White Sulphur Springs Kroger store where he retired with 47 years of service. He was an avid golfer and very family oriented, loving to spend time with his grandchildren.

Preceding him in death other than his parents was a sister, Bonnie Morgan.

Survivors include his wife Margaret at home; one son, David Shane (Elizabeth) Neville of Moorefield, W.Va.; four grandchildren, Zachary Neville, Jarrett Neville, William Mongold, and Hannah Mongold; brothers, Jimmy Neville of Athens, W.Va., Earl Neville of White Sulphur Springs,W.Va., Gary Neville of Virginia Beach; and a sister, Barbara McCelland of Conyers, Ga.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m.Thursday with the Rev. Thomas Daygle officiating. Burial will follow at the Camp Ground Cemetery in Creamery, W.Va., seven miles from Alderson, W.Va.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Shanklin Funeral Home. There will be a wake service at 8 p.m. and a rosary at 8:15 p.m.

Shanklin Funeral Home, White Sulphur Springs, is serving the family.
