High winds blew a tree over Wednesday afternoon, damaging this vehicle that is owned by Frank Foscoe.
The auto was parked on Ridgeway Street near the First Street intersection.
No one was hurt, and there was no estimate on the damage. Clifton Forge Police investigated the accident, and Clifton Forge Public Works cleaned up the tree.
High winds roared through the Highlands Wednesday, knocking down trees and causing minor damages.
A gust of 58 mph was reported at Ingalls Field in Bath County Wednesday afternoon.
