Dean Morgan and Cindy Siers, along with their parents, announce their forthcoming marriage.
Cindy is the daughter of Dana and Una Humphreys of Covington. She is employed by the Alleghany County Public School System. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late Henry and Estelle Humphreys of DeBary, Fla., and the maternal granddaughter of the late George Clinebell, and Anna Grace Smith of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.
Dean is the son of Errol and Judy Morgan of Ronceverte, W.Va. He is employed by US Airways in Charlotte, N.C. He is the paternal grandson of the late Olan and Lorene Morgan of Ronceverte, W.Va., and the maternal grandson of William Honaker, and the late Mona Honaker, also of Ronceverte, W.Va.
An open church wedding will be held at First Christian Church in Covington on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, at 5:30 in the evening.
