Tyree Family Makes Donation To Hezekiah Restoration Fund

The Tyree family has made a donation to the Covington Fire Department’s Hezekiah Restoration Project.

The donation was made at a recent fire department business meeting. ­­

Instead of exchanging Christmas gifts with each other this year, family members decided to take the money that would be used for the gifts to make a donation to the Hezekiah Restoration Project in memory of Charles “Mert” Tyree, who was a long-time Covington Fire Department member and secretary who died in December 2002.
