Both the Bath Community Physicians Group and LewisGale Physicians will be offering free physicals for local athletes.
Virginia High School League physical forms — available at vhsl.org — must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to the physical.
The schedule for the physicals is as follows:
LEWISGALE PHYSICIANS GROUP
Physicals will be offered anytime from June 23 to July 31 at the LewisGale Physicians, Covington Clinic, 120 W. Main Street in Covington.
Appointments are encouraged (862-0007), but not required.
BATH COUNTY PHYSICIANS GROUP
Designated dates in July are offered by the Bath County Physicians Group.
Physicals will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. No appointment will be necessary.
COVINGTON HIGH SCHOOL
• Monday, July 6: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic;
• Thursday, July 9: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic;
• Friday, July 10: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic.
BATH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
• Tuesday, July 14: 12:30 to 4 p.m., at Bath County High School;
• Wednesday, July 15: 12:30 to 4 p.m., at Bath County High School;
• Thursday, July 16: 2 to 5 p.m., at Millboro Clinic.
ALLEGHANY HIGH SCHOOL AND CLIFTON MIDDLE SCHOOL
• Monday, July 20: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic;
• Thursday, July 23: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic;
• Friday, July 24: 1 to 5:30 p.m., at 322 W. Riverside Street, Covington Clinic.
