Erma Patterson

Erma Reed Patterson, 94, of the Woodlands Health and Rehab
Center, died, Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Mrs. Patterson was born November 7, 1925, in Alleghany
County a daughter of the late Ernest  and
Bessie Hoke Reed.
 In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Monnie Hughes, Sadie
Smathers, Cleo Reed and Elaine Thorburn and also by three brothers, Henry Reed,
Junior Reed and Calvin Reed.
She had retired as a bookkeeper from the former Clifton
Forge High School and was a member of the Women of the Moose, Lodge #610.
Surviving are her Daughter, Rhonda Huckabee of Salem; one
grandson, Dakota Huckabee of Wichita, KS; two great grandchildren, Braxton
Huckabee and Sadie Huckabee, both of Wichita, KS  and several nieces and nephews  and great nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
