UTILITY WORK

Traffic was stopped along S. Carpenter Drive Thursday near the intersection with Mallow Road for several hours while crews from Columbia Gas performed utility work.
Instead of flagmen, Columbia Gas used mechanized traffic lights to control the flow of traffic around the work site.
