COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – On Monday, April 3, Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office investigators, acting on a tip from a citizen, located and recovered the 2002 red Kia that had been missing in connection with the Donald Kelley case.
Kelley was last seen on April 1, 2022. This case is still an ongoing investigation and if anyone has any additional information, contact Captain Scott Fischer at 540-965-1770, ext. 106 or Lt. Richard Shull, 540-965-1770, ext. 107.
