First Christian Church announces Good Friday and Easter services

A Good Friday service will be held in the sanctuary of First Christian Church, Covington, on April 7, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. This worship and communion time will highlight the crucifixion and death of Jesus on the cross, and will be led by the teens and young adults of the church. Tristan Brown will be bringing the message. Everyone is invited to attend and to be a part of this special time.

An Easter Sunrise service will be held at 7:00 a.m. on April 9 at First Christian Church, Covington, in the sanctuary. The service will highlight a celebration of the resurrection of Christ from the dead through music, scripture, the Lord’s Supper, and testimony. A time of breakfast food and fellowship will follow in the church’s Family Life Center.

The church is located at 231 E. Fudge Street with plenty of parking in the rear. Bill Gilliland is minister and Jessica Brown is children and youth coordinator.
