SPRING 2023 CLASSES & WORKSHOPS: Carnegie Hall offers learning opportunities starting in February and continuing through May. Classes and workshops include woodturning, handcrafting teapots and mugs, sausage making, salt-rising bread making, soap making, making Appalachian Medicinals, guided ceramic projects for all ages, painting, drawing, printmaking, basket weaving, fiber arts, craft jewelry, and leather craft. FRIDAY, APRIL 14: JOHN JORGENSON QUINTET – Mainstage Performance on Friday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m. featuring John Jorgenson Quintet. John Jorgenson, known for his blistering guitar and mandolin licks and mastery of a broad musical palette, has earned a reputation as a world-class musician, as evidenced by his collaborations with Earl Scruggs, Bonnie Raitt, Elton John, Luciano Pavarotti, Bob Dylan and many others. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19: WVU SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA – Special Performance on Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. featuring the WVU Symphony, which will be at Carnegie Hall for its Thursday Link Up concerts with Greenbrier County 5th graders. Tickets are $15/adult and $7/students.
SUNDAY, APRIL 23: MAINSTAGE LOUNGE – Join Carnegie Hall for Piedmont Bluz Mainstage Lounge preshow reception in the Board Room from 2 to 2:45 p.m., Sunday, April 23. Free admission. Cash bar and snacks available.
