In the early hours of March 20, 2023, Thelma Virginia Perry Van Lear slipped peacefully in her sleep from this life into the next. Thelma’s family will be at Nicely Funeral Home for a brief visitation at 1 p. m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Alleghany Memorial Park.
