Roanoke, VA (VR) – Dr Pepper Park is still picking up the chicken bones from the past weekend. The 13th annual Roanoke Wing Fest was a huge success and saw crowds enjoying the best of Roanoke’s food trucks and restaurants throughout the day. To celebrate, the venue is inviting fans out to disco night on Friday, September 2nd. The ultimate tribute to the Bee Gees, Bee Gees Gold is coming straight from Las Vegas to throwback to the 70’s in full fashion. Dr Pepper Park would also like to invite guests to pull out their best 70’s outfit for Friday night and compete for a prize for the best 70’s costume. President of Dr Pepper Park, Waynette Anderson, stated “We can’t wait to see everyone having fun with the very best Bee Gees tribute in their groovy costumes!”.
John Acosta as Barry Gibb has performed in Bee Gees Tributes all over the world. His portrayal of lead singer Barry Gibb is with a zest for detail, like no other. From the look to the falsetto, you will close your eyes and say “Its Barry!” John Acosta’s Bee Gees Gold Tribute is the ultimate salute, and experience of seeing the Bee Gees in their prime, live once again! Backed by a live band, this Vegas Bee Gees tribute recreates the look and sound of the Bee Gees from the 60’s to the late 70’s.
General Admission tickets are $25 in advance and $28 at the gate. VIP patio tickets are $40 and come with an exclusive meet & greet opportunity for a professional photo with the band. VIP Skybox tickets are $65. The National Pools VIP Skybox boasts luxury outdoor furniture, a private bar, private bathroom, and excellent view of the stage.
